An art book is a type of book that contains pictures or reproductions of art. Like a museum, an art book allows you to view works of art without having to actually go to a museum. By looking at an art book, you can get the same experience as walking through a museum – viewing various forms of art, and learning about it. However, unlike a museum, you can view art from the comfort of your own home, without having to leave your house. In this way, an art book is similar to a museum, but without the physical walls.
