I totally disagree with the view that the Tibet struggle will die, and there will be no hope for Tibet, after the Dalai Lama passes away.

This quote means that even after the Dalai Lama has passed away, there will still be hope and determination to free Tibet. It means that the struggle to free Tibet and achieve independence will not end because the Dalai Lama passes away. People will continue to work to reach the same goal even without him and the struggle will persist.
