I've known entrepreneurs who were not great salespeople, or didn't know how to code, or were not particularly charismatic leaders. But I don't know of any entrepreneurs who have achieved any level of success without persistence and determination.

The Meaning of This Quote

This quote is saying that entrepreneurs need more than just sales and coding skills, or charisma to be successful. The most important trait they must have is persistence and determination. Persistence is the ability to stay focused and keep trying no matter how difficult something is, while determination is the driving force that makes you take action, even when it’s hard or uncomfortable. Without both of these, it is very unlikely for an entrepreneur to be successful.
